Who I Am

Hi, I’m Dr. Raquel Grigera, founder of Equanimity Psychology. I am licensed clinical psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, families and couples to navigate challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self worth concerns, and more. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy in Arlington, VA and online via a secure platform in 43 states. I have extensive experience across a variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, residential treatment centers, and school environments.

My approach combines evidence-based strategies with warmth, collaboration, and a focus on cultivating balance and emotional steadiness in daily life. I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where your experiences are met with understanding and clinical expertise.
