  • I am not directly contracted with any insurance companies, including Medicare.

    Depending on your
    current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible that you may be reimbursed for therapy services in full or in part. After each session, you’ll be provided with a statement for insurance reimbursement. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you directly for whatever amount they agree to pay after you meet your deductible.

  • Initial Diagnostic Intake: $175

    Telephone Assessment and Management 11-20 minutes: $135

    Telephone Assessment and Management 21-30 minutes: $185

    Letters for school accommodations, medical leave, or insurance purposes: $185

  • Please note that once a year around July 1st, I typically raise rates by $10.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, my policy is to charge for the full rate of the session.

  • Payment for the full session is expected at the time of the appointment. I accept HSA credit and debit cards along with other major credit cards as forms of payment.

  • In-person sessions will be held at Mind Body Health, LLC at 4401 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 205, Arlington, VA 22203.

    Virtual sessions will be conducted via SimplePractice, a secure online platform.

  • Yes. I regularly coordinate care with other providers, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, dietitians, and psychiatrists.
